Public Service Announcement Submission
For your convenience you may fill out the form below. We suggest you send your PSAs at least two weeks in advance.
If you'd rather e-mail or fax your PSA, please include the following information:
- name of the organization sponsoring the event
- topic (i.e., health fair, art show, business conference, etc.)
- announcement start and stop date
- how many seconds it takes to read aloud (note: we do not accept PSAs over 90 seconds)
- Announcement text exactly as you wish it to be read
- event date(s) and time(s)
- event location(s)
- who to contact for more information (telephone number and/or web address)
- your name, telephone number, and/or e-mail in case we need to clarify something
Incomplete submissions will not be read. Additionally, e-mails with attachments will be discarded unopened. All advertisements will be rejected.
